Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data on prensestextile.com and in our business e-mails, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where it applies to you, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect
Details you send us: name, company, country, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. Business contact details of buyers and prospective buyers (name, company, professional e-mail address, country). Technical data created when you use the site, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, which our systems may record for security and operation.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiries and prepare or perform a sale (contract / steps requested by you). To write to businesses about our wholesale offer and to run our business, based on our legitimate interest, which you can object to at any time. To keep the site secure. To meet legal obligations. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Business e-mails and opting out
We may write to professional e-mail addresses about our wholesale offer. Every such e-mail contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also use our Unsubscribe page or write to info@atamod.com. We stop writing to the address once you opt out.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with providers that help us run the business (for example e-mail, hosting, carriers and payment or money-transfer services) and with authorities when the law requires it.
6. Transfers abroad
We are based in Türkiye and our buyers are in many countries, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards it provides for such transfers.
7. How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires (for example accounting records). After that we delete, destroy or anonymise it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list so that we do not write to you again.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, GDPR Articles 15–21 you may ask whether we process your data, access it, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and ask for restriction or portability. Write to info@atamod.com; we will answer within the time the law sets. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to your national data protection authority.

Website form and wholesale enquiries
We collect the details you type into the wholesale form (name, company, country and city, WhatsApp number, email, business type, product groups, size range, estimated order quantity, message) to answer your enquiry and prepare a wholesale relationship. We also record, separately, whether you ticked the email and WhatsApp boxes, with the date, the language and the wording shown, as proof of your choice. The boxes are never ticked in advance and are not required to send the form.
Temporary queue and storage periods
Our customer system is not connected to the internet. Your submission therefore waits in a temporary queue at Cloudflare, Inc. until our own computer collects it; once collected it is deleted from the queue, and an uncollected submission is deleted automatically after 30 days. In our customer records we keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact if no business relationship follows, and business records for the periods the law requires. Consent records are kept while the permission is used and afterwards for the limitation period, as proof.
Transfer outside your country (Cloudflare)
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and processes the form on our behalf, including the bot-check and the connection data (such as IP address) needed to deliver and protect the form. This is a transfer outside Turkey and, for EEA/UK visitors, outside the EEA/UK. We rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers (KVKK Art. 9; GDPR Chapter V), such as standard contractual clauses and the provider's data-processing terms.
